Ideas from our wedding decoration hire collection

• One hoop for the vows and reception

  With hire and installation, the hoop where you exchange vows can move behind the top table after the ceremony, with a “Miłość” neon sign added for the reception. We agree this move when preparing the quote, because it happens during the celebration and needs a place in the day's schedule.

• A neon hoop in different palettes

  The same hoop and neon sign look completely different depending on the flowers. Roses and pink candles create a romantic look; blue and white hydrangeas feel brighter and more summery; fir greenery and burgundy suit a winter wedding.

• Gold stands and the venue's colours

  Gold stands show up most clearly against light walls and white tablecloths. In a room with dark wood, it is better to dress them with pale flowers and greenery so the arrangements do not blend into the background.

• A greenery garland instead of more vases

  On a long table, a greenery garland links arrangements into one line, making the table look full without adding more vases. It looks best with tall stands at several points and candle holders between them.

• Lanterns for the terrace and garden

  If part of the evening takes place on a terrace or in a garden, candle lanterns can mark the route between the venue and the outdoor area. Glass protects flames from wind, so lanterns work better there than candles in open holders.

How wedding decoration hire with installation works

Start by asking your venue what it already provides. Candle holders, vases and sometimes even a photo backdrop change the list of items worth hiring from us, while tablecloth and chair-cover colours help guide flower choices. With this information and photographs of the venue, we select hoops, stands, vases, candle holders and a neon sign. We prepare flowers specifically for your date so they are fresh on the wedding day.

With hire and installation, we arrive on the reception day at a time agreed with the venue staff and finish setting up before guests arrive. We also arrange collection after the wedding with the venue. If you are staying there for a second-day celebration, mention it when requesting a quote, as it affects when we collect the decorations.

You can also hire decorations without installation. You collect them yourselves in Gdańsk and return them after the wedding. We agree the collection place and time when you book and include the hire terms in the offer.

What you hire and what is yours to keep

Hoops, tall gold stands, vases, candle holders, lanterns, the “Miłość” neon sign and the backdrop frame belong to the studio and return after the reception. For a single day, hiring has a simple advantage over buying: afterwards, you do not need storage for boxes of vases and candle holders or to sell stands through classified ads. If you choose installation, no family member needs to transport them on the wedding day. Everything also comes from one studio, so the pieces match in colour and style.

Fresh flowers work the other way round: we arrange them especially for you, and they stay with you after the reception rather than returning to the studio. The same applies to the bridal bouquet, maid of honour's corsage and flowers for parents if you order them. With hire and installation, you receive photographs and a video of the finished decorations at no extra charge, and we add drone footage if the venue allows it.

What determines the price of wedding decoration hire?

You pay for what is actually used at the venue: the number of hoops, stands, vases, candle holders and lanterns on tables and in each area, and whether we fill the backdrop frame with flowers. Fresh flowers also affect the quote, including chosen varieties and their availability in your wedding month, as does extra work during the reception, such as moving the hoop after the ceremony. What the venue already provides shortens this list, which is why we ask about its equipment before quoting.

If you choose installation, setting up before the reception and collection afterwards are already included in the hire price. Combining hire with a photo booth or audio guestbook also costs less: adding just one extra attraction gives you a 10% discount on the whole order. Travel from Gdańsk is charged separately, with its cost included in the offer alongside the hire quote from the start.

   Collection in Gdańsk or installation at your venue

   You can collect decorations yourselves in Gdańsk and return them after the wedding, or order delivery and installation. With that option, we deliver and set them up before the ceremony or reception and collect everything afterwards except the flowers, which are yours to keep.
