  A festive window display that can be seen from the street without hiding the interior or merchandise. We will make sure it looks good in daylight and after dark, which falls early in December.

Office Christmas decoration ideas

• Classic red and green

  Red baubles, ribbons and amaryllis against fir greenery create a palette everyone immediately associates with Christmas. It works for reception areas and company Christmas gatherings, especially when the brand uses neutral colours or red.

• Scandinavian white and silver

  White and silver decorations, light wood and plenty of greenery create a calm, contemporary look. It is a good palette for bright offices and glass-fronted reception areas where red would feel too strong.

• Natural dried materials and fir

  Dried oranges, cones, grasses and fir branches create a warm, natural effect without shiny ornaments. They suit cafés, restaurants and offices furnished in wood.

• Fresh fir and warm light

  Fresh fir garlands smell of Christmas, while warm lights woven through the greenery feel cosier than cold blue light. December gets dark early, so these garlands brighten reception areas and window displays from the afternoon onwards.

• A welcome wreath at the entrance

  A wreath on the door is the first Christmas detail clients and guests see. A large wreath of fir and cones with a ribbon in your brand colour takes up little space while showing from the entrance that the company is getting ready for Christmas.

• Fresh flowers before the Christmas gathering

  We can replace flowers on the reception desk just before the company Christmas gathering or a client meeting, so they are fresh when guests arrive. Amaryllis, eucalyptus and branches with red berries suit the winter season.

When to order Christmas decorations

Most orders for business Christmas decorations fall in November and early December, when offices, shops and restaurants want their interiors ready. The closer it gets to Christmas, the fewer setup dates remain available.

It is therefore worth contacting us earlier, ideally in September or October, once you know the date of the company Christmas gathering and where the tree will stand. We will reserve the setup date straight away, and you can finalise colours and accessories closer to Christmas. If the decision comes at the last minute, still get in touch: we will check what can be prepared on the dates we have available.

Decorating shop and restaurant windows

A window display works in two directions: it needs to attract attention from the street without blocking light or hiding products from inside. Before quoting, we will therefore ask for photographs from outside and inside, approximate dimensions and, for premises in a shopping centre, any window-decoration rules set by the centre.

It is easiest to decorate a window when no customers are inside, so we will agree a setup time that does not disrupt your business. We will position lights to minimise reflections in the glass after dark and avoid dazzling passers-by. If the glass and frame need to remain unmarked, we will agree how to attach the greenery with you.

What determines the cost of Christmas decorations

For a Christmas tree, the factors are its size and type, and how many ornaments and lights will be hung on it. For a window display, the window dimensions and amount of fresh greenery matter; for a company Christmas gathering, it is the number of tables and guests.

The number of areas we decorate makes the biggest difference: a reception alone is a different task from a reception, window display and Christmas function room, or several offices belonging to one company. We do not publish a price list because every order contains a different combination of elements.

   Decorating on site

   We agree installation and removal times with you and the venue in advance, so that we do not get in the way of the event staff.
