  The whole group arrives for a weekend at a cottage in Kashubia or by the sea, and the bride-to-be walks into a decorated living room. We agree on keys and access time with the trip organiser and the cottage host.

  A one-night hen party in Gdańsk or Sopot: an apartment in the Old Town or near Monciak, from which you head out for dinner and clubbing. We choose decorations that do not need to be stuck to walls, so you can return the apartment in its original condition.

In windy conditions, we choose heavier decorations instead of balloons, and before laying out the blankets we check that picnics are allowed on that part of the beach.

Hen party decoration ideas

• A “Bride to be” sign or the bride’s name

  Gold “Bride to be” balloons are a classic, but the bride’s name or wedding date look equally good. We place the foil-balloon lettering above the backdrop or table so it appears in every group photo.

• Boho in a lakeside cottage

  Dried grasses, pampas, beige and terracotta suit a wooden cottage in Kashubia and daylight photos. Instead of pink balloons, a few sand-coloured ones and flowers in clay vases are enough.

• Glamour for a night in the city

  Gold, white and a little black suit a city-centre apartment and a later visit to a club: foil balloons, disco balls and white roses. This palette also looks good in the flash photos you are sure to take after clubbing.

• Disco cowgirl

  Pink, silver and disco balls in several sizes, with the girls wearing cowboy hats. You buy the hats yourselves, and we coordinate the balloons, photo backdrop and table so everything looks like one cohesive idea.

• One outfit colour for the whole group

  Agree on one outfit colour with the group, for example everyone in pink and the bride-to-be in white. We will match the decorations, and your group photos at the backdrop will look like a planned photoshoot.

• Flowers for every guest

  We will place small bouquets at the entrance or place settings, one for each guest. This little detail suits every theme, and everyone takes flowers home instead of another novelty accessory.

Cottage or apartment: what to agree with the owner

A house or cottage gives a hen party space for a backdrop, long table and terrace, while a city-centre apartment lets you walk to the club. In either case, ask the owner what is allowed before booking: some prohibit confetti, glitter, wall tape or candles. Better to know in advance than lose your deposit.

Once we know the rules, we choose decorations that do not need sticking or screwing into place: balloons on stands and weights, a freestanding backdrop and flowers in vases. For a cottage outside the city, we also need clear information on who will give us the keys and when we can enter, so we finish before the bride-to-be arrives. If indoor rules are strict, we can move some decorations onto the terrace or into the garden.

What affects the price of hen party decorations

The main factor is how much space we decorate: a restaurant table alone is less work than a cottage living room, terrace and backdrop. The number and types of balloons, personalised signs for the bride-to-be, flowers and whether each guest receives a bouquet to take home also matter.

   Decorating on site

   We deliver and install the decorations before your celebration. We agree installation and collection times with you in advance and, if the party is at a venue, with its staff as well.
