  • All flowers are yours to keep after the reception

Example wedding decoration sets in Gdańsk

Four sets to start a conversation about wedding decorations in Gdańsk and the Tricity. We adapt each to your venue, season and colours and prepare a quote for your date.

  • An intimate reception

For a small wedding at a restaurant, hotel or manor house, where the table itself takes centre stage.

    • An arrangement for the top table and low flowers for guest tables
    • Candles in glass and runners in the reception colours
    • A bridal bouquet and groom's buttonhole
    • Table numbers framed with flowers

Best for: Couples celebrating with their closest loved ones, for example at an Old Town restaurant or a hotel by the Motława.

Ask about this set: An intimate reception
  • Venue and church

A classic wedding day: a church ceremony followed by a venue reception. Flowers in the church and on the tables repeat the same colours, giving photographs from both settings a cohesive look.

    • Altar and aisle pew decorations
    • A top-table arrangement and photo backdrop
    • Flowers for guest tables and venue entrance decorations
    • A bridal bouquet, buttonholes and corsages for the witnesses
    • Complimentary wedding car decorations with the venue + church package

Best for: Couples marrying in one of Gdańsk's churches and celebrating at a venue in or just outside the city.

Ask about this set: Venue and church
  • Outdoor ceremony and reception

A ceremony on a terrace, in a garden or by the water, followed by dinner at the same location. After guests offer congratulations, some ceremony flowers can be moved closer to the tables.

    • An arch or hoop with flowers and foliage at the ceremony spot
    • An aisle marked with flowers, lanterns or candles
    • Decorations for chairs or benches along the aisle
    • Flowers for the document-signing table
    • A top-table arrangement and guest-table flowers for the reception

Best for: Couples having a civil or humanist ceremony on a terrace by the Motława, in a garden in Matemblewo or at a manor house in Dolne Miasto.

Ask about this set: Outdoor ceremony and reception
  • Full styling for the day

Everything from one studio: ceremony, venue, bouquets and accessories in one colour palette.

    • Church or outdoor ceremony decorations
    • The top table, guest tables, entrance and photo backdrop
    • A bridal bouquet, buttonholes, flower boxes and bouquets for parents
    • Dessert table decorations and decorative lighting (you order the eclairs directly from Eklerownia)
    • A photo booth or audio guestbook with a 10% discount on the whole order

Best for: Couples who want one studio to handle all decorations and a cohesive look in photographs throughout the day.

Ask about this set: Full styling for the day

These sets are a starting point rather than a fixed price list: we tailor each one to your date, venue, colours and number of guests, and you can combine elements from different sets.

Ideas for a wedding in Gdańsk

  • A Motława-side terrace with a covered backup

Some hotels by the Motława offer ceremonies on a terrace overlooking the river. It is worth planning the ceremony decorations in two versions from the start: for the terrace and for a room or atrium. If the weather turns, we move the flowers indoors rather than designing the setting all over again.

  • A garden beside the Strzyża in Matemblewo

At Kalinówka, the ceremony, congratulations and dinner take place in one location. We decorated a wedding here in white and pink using seasonal flowers: light ceremony styling in the garden and low arrangements in the room with the fireplace, allowing guests to see one another comfortably.

  • An 1800 manor house in Dolne Miasto

Arche Dwór Uphagena combines historic interiors with terrace ceremonies and a bastion for bad weather. Flowers in warm, muted colours and plenty of candles work particularly well here, highlighting the historic setting rather than competing with it.

  • A December wedding in the city

For a winter wedding in Gdańsk, we styled the church ceremony and reception in red, burgundy and fir green. We combined our decorations with the Christmas styling already in place at the church and venue, so guests could feel from the doorway that they had arrived at a wedding.

  • A church with its own rules

Some churches do not allow anything to be attached to pews or petals to be scattered. We agree decoration rules and access times with the parish before the wedding and, where needed, suggest flowers on stands and decorations that leave no marks.

Wedding venues in Gdańsk

We describe these venues in our guide: their guest capacity, outdoor ceremony options and decoration ideas. We have already decorated a wedding at Kalinówka.

Gdańsk, Sopot or Gdynia: how the setting changes things

A wedding at a hotel by the Motława, in a garden in Matemblewo and at a venue overlooking the bay are three different tasks for a decorator. In central Gdańsk, the river and Old Town views create much of the atmosphere, so decorations should simply emphasise them. In the city's greener areas, the garden creates the setting and only needs flowers in the same palette as the tables.

Many venues in Sopot and Gdynia have large windows and sea views. At the Sheraton in Sopot, we decorated a ballroom with round tables; in Gdynia, we styled a Gothic wedding in black, burgundy and gold in a glass-fronted room with a seaside terrace. We always begin with photographs of the room and its light at reception time, as these suggest how much colour to add and how tall the table arrangements can be.

What determines the price of wedding decorations in Gdańsk?

The main factors are the number of tables and guests, flower types and season, the size of structures such as arches, backdrops and ceiling garlands, and whether we decorate one location or both church and venue. We therefore do not publish a fixed price list: two weddings for a hundred guests can need very different decoration schemes.

Every quote includes installation and removal from the start. All flowers are yours to keep after the reception, and ordering decorations together with any additional attraction, such as a photo booth, gives you a 10% discount on the whole order.

How we work

  1. Tell us what you are planning

The occasion, date, venue and approximate number of guests. A photo of the venue, garden or beach is very helpful.

We will get back to you within 24 hours with a proposal and quote. Travel costs from Gdańsk are included in the quote from the start, so you know the full amount before booking.

  3. Refining the details

We work with you to choose colours, flowers, signs and accessories, so the set suits your venue and occasion.

  4. Decorating on site

We deliver and install the decorations before the ceremony or reception. After the wedding, we collect everything except the flowers, which are yours to keep. Installation and removal are included in the price.
