• Balloon arch at the entrance

  An arch above the entrance to a shop, café or restaurant on opening day, or around the doors to a party venue. Guests walk beneath it as they arrive, making it the first decoration they see and photograph.

Ideas for balloon garlands and arches

• A white and gold First Communion garland

  A garland in white, cream and gold with a few clear balloons works well for a First Communion. It looks festive above the cake table, and the light colours complement the white Communion robe and photographs with the whole family.

• The shop window and doors on opening day

  For a business opening, the garland can frame not just the doorway but part of the shop window, making it visible from across the street. A classic, regular arrangement in brand colours is easier to read from a distance than an organic one. A smaller garland above the counter makes a good addition inside.

• Balloons with fresh foliage

  As florists, we can weave eucalyptus or ruscus branches into a garland. Greenery softens the balloon colours and connects the garland with the table flowers, making it particularly suitable for garden parties and bright, natural interiors.

• A garland along stairs or a balustrade

  In a house with a mezzanine or a venue with stairs, a garland can run along the outside of the balustrade, leaving the handrail clear. In photographs, the balloons then frame the birthday girl as she comes downstairs to join her guests.

• A garden pergola or fence

  For a garden party, perhaps at a lakeside house in Kashubia, a garland can be supported by a pergola, gazebo or fence without a separate structure. Air-filled balloons cope better with a day outdoors, and their colours last longer in the shade.

Organic or classic garlands?

An organic garland has a loose, irregular shape: balloons in several sizes and colours form something like a branch, with small balloons filling the gaps between larger ones. A classic garland is even along its length and follows a repeating pattern, such as stripes or a spiral. Organic arrangements more often suit parties and close-up photographs, while classic ones work well for opening arches that guests need to see from a distance.

In both cases, the final shape comes together on site. We join balloons into clusters, attach them to a strip or frame and decide where to make the garland fuller or narrower once we are beside the wall, doorway or table. This ensures its length and arrangement suit your venue.

Helium indoors and outdoors

Helium is needed only where balloons should float: in bouquets, with foil numbers or beneath the ceiling. We fill garlands and arches with air because a frame or wall holds them in place. Helium escapes from small balloons faster than large ones, and foil balloons retain it longer than latex ones, so we suggest larger or foil balloons for bouquets. At home, place the bouquet away from radiators, fireplaces and windows with strong sunlight.

Outdoors, wind pulls at bouquets and tangles ribbons. By the sea, for example on a terrace in Orłowo or in a garden in Jelitkowo, it can be windy even on a warm day. Cold has an effect too: helium balloons shrink and droop in low temperatures, then regain their shape in warmth. For garden parties, we therefore suggest air-filled garlands and arches, while weighting helium bouquets and placing them somewhere sheltered.

What determines the price of a balloon garland?

Length and density have the greatest effect on a balloon garland's price: a short garland above a table is a different job from an entrance arch or balloons throughout a venue. Your choice of balloons also matters: standard latex, confetti balloons, foil numbers or helium bouquets.

The location matters too: whether the garland will hang indoors or stand outside, the ceiling height and how much installation time the venue allows before the party. We therefore price every decoration for your specific date and venue.

   We work with you to choose colours, flowers, signs and accessories, so the set suits your venue and occasion.

   Decorating on site

   We deliver and install the decorations before your guests arrive. We agree installation and collection times with you in advance. When decorating a restaurant, shop or office, we also coordinate with the person who will let us in.
