Newsletter and your data
Information about signing up for the Wielki Dzień newsletter. Version dated 14 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Magdalena Raba, conducting business under the name RABA Magdalena Raba, ul. Konstantego Bergiela 4/10, 80-180 Gdańsk, tax identification number (NIP): 5833557278. For newsletter and personal data enquiries, write to kontakt@wielkidzien.pl.
What you receive and how signup works
Once a week, we send inspiration, guides, our latest work and information about the studio’s services. You provide only your email address and consent to the newsletter. Signing up is voluntary and is not a condition of using the Website or ordering decorations.
You will first receive an email containing a confirmation link. Only clicking that link allows you to join the mailing list. We do not send the newsletter without confirmation. Visiting the thank-you page alone does not complete signup.
Which data we use and why
Your email address and information about giving and confirming consent are used to send the newsletter on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Minimal information about the signup attempt, its time and the consent wording helps protect the form against abuse and investigate enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
In the form’s technical log, we use hashes of the email address and network address protected with a secret key. We do not store their plain values there. We remove the network address hash after 30 days and technical entries after 90 days. Cleanup takes place when the form is processed.
Who helps us send the newsletter
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) to send confirmations, maintain the list and send the newsletter, together with the Website’s hosting and database providers, Vercel and Neon. We do not sell your data.
Providers may use subcontractors outside the European Economic Area. Information about their safeguards and data processing: Brevo, Vercel and Neon.
Unsubscribing and retention periods
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by emailing kontakt@wielkidzien.pl. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. After you unsubscribe, we stop sending newsletters; a minimal record of your withdrawal may remain on a suppression list to respect your decision.
We keep mailing-list data until you unsubscribe or the newsletter ends, and the necessary evidence of consent and withdrawal for the period needed to demonstrate that messages were sent properly and to defend against claims. You can write to us about deletion or details of data retention.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
Newsletter consent and Website settings
Signing up is independent of consent to Website statistics. You do not have to accept analytics. We remember the dismissal of the invitation in your browser for 30 days so it does not appear on every visit; this record does not contain an email address. Form fields and their contents are not included in session recordings.
