Author: Magdalena RabaWielki Dzień, a wedding decoration studio in the Tri-City
We will prepare flowers for your company in Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia and across Pomerania: fresh arrangements for reception areas, offices, restaurants, cafés and hotels, as well as tulips or small bouquets for female employees on Women’s Day. When we work with you on a regular basis, we bring a new arrangement every week, or on another schedule agreed with you, and take the previous one away. We look after the vase and water, so nobody at your company needs to make trips to the florist.
- A proposal and quote within 24 hours

Example flower packages for businesses
Three of the packages are regular flowers, replaced on a set schedule, and the fourth is a Women’s Day order. We will match the size of the arrangements and the type of flowers to the interior and the conditions on site, and the colours to the decor or your brand colours.

Flower ideas for offices, restaurants and hotels
Flowers that follow the seasons
Neither your clients nor your team will tire of an arrangement that changes with the seasons. Tulips and flowering branches work well in spring, peonies in early summer, dahlias in autumn, and amaryllis and greenery in winter.
A low arrangement on the reception desk
Flowers on the reception desk should not hide the face of the person greeting guests or take up space needed for documents. A low, wide arrangement at the side of the desk works better, or a taller one on a separate small table beside it.
Your brand colour as an accent
A colour from your logo looks good in flowers as an accent against white and greenery, rather than as a whole arrangement in a single shade. Flowers do not have Pantone codes, so where a shade needs to match exactly, a ribbon in your brand colour helps.
A subtle scent at the tables
Where guests are eating, the scent of lilies or hyacinths mixes with the smell of food and coffee. For tables in the restaurant and breakfast room, we choose flowers with a subtle scent, and we place more strongly scented ones in the lobby or by the entrance.
One large arrangement instead of several small ones
In a hotel lobby or at a restaurant entrance, one large arrangement visible from the door attracts more attention than several small ones dotted around the corners. It is worth keeping small flowers for places where guests sit close to them: on tables and in the waiting room.
Tulips with a card from the company
We can attach a card with a brief message of good wishes from the company or its management to the Women’s Day tulips or bouquets. You give us the wording, and we attach the cards to the flowers before they leave our studio, so at the office all you need to do is hand them out.
How a flower subscription for businesses works
Before we bring the first arrangement, we look at the space in photographs or during a short visit: the reception, the waiting room, a meeting or dining room, or the lobby. Together with you, we confirm where the vase will stand, how large the arrangement should be and how often we replace it: every week or on another schedule that suits you. We also agree a fixed day for the change and who will let us in.
After that, we come on the agreed day with a fresh arrangement and take the previous one away. On every visit, we look after the vase and water, and we choose flowers to suit the season, so the arrangement changes from visit to visit while keeping the agreed style and colours.
Flowers matched to your interior and the conditions on site
In offices, restaurants and hotels, flowers face different conditions from those at home: next to a radiator, under an air-conditioning vent, by a door that people are constantly coming through, or in a corner that daylight does not reach. That is why, on our first visit, we check how much light there is, how warm the room is and whether there is a draught, and then choose flowers that can cope with these conditions. Sometimes we also suggest placing the vase a few steps further from the radiator or door.
We match the style and colours of the arrangements to the interior and to your brand colours. The flowers that suit a bright, modern office are different from those for a restaurant furnished in dark wood or a townhouse hotel. We use seasonal flowers, so not every shade is available all year round, but the palette agreed at the start stays the same: only the flowers we use to create it change.
Flowers for female employees on Women’s Day
For Women’s Day, we will prepare tulips or small bouquets for every female employee and deliver them to your office for 8 March or, if the company has several branches in the Tri-City, to each of them. To prepare a quote, we need three pieces of information: how many people you would like to give flowers to at each location, which addresses we should deliver to and what time the flowers should be there. If you would like to attach a card from the company to the flowers, send us its wording as well.
Demand for tulips is very high before 8 March, so it is worth contacting us early, once you know how many people are involved. That makes it easier to secure tulips in your chosen colour and a delivery time that suits you. We issue a VAT invoice in the company’s name and state the delivery cost in the initial offer.
How we work
Tell us what you are planning
The occasion, date, venue and approximate number of guests. A photo of the venue, garden or beach is very helpful.
Proposal and quote
We will get back to you within 24 hours with a proposal and quote. Travel costs from Gdańsk are included in the quote from the start, so you know the full amount before booking.
Refining the details
We work with you to choose colours, flowers, signs and accessories, so the set suits your venue and occasion.
Delivering the flowers to you
When we work with you on a regular basis, we first come to see the space, and then on the agreed day we bring a fresh arrangement and take the previous one away. We deliver Women’s Day flowers to the addresses and at the time we agree with you.
Frequently asked questions
How much do regular flowers for a business cost?
The price depends on the number and size of the arrangements, the type of flowers and how often we replace them. Tell us where the flowers should go and how often you would like them changed. A photograph of the reception or the room in question will help us choose the size of the arrangements. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a proposal and quote, including the travel cost.
How often do you replace the flowers?
Our standard schedule is a weekly change: we bring a fresh arrangement and take the previous one away. If you prefer a different frequency, mention it in your enquiry, and we will agree a fixed day for the change on our first visit.
Will office flowers cope with heating and air conditioning?
We choose them with exactly those conditions in mind. On our first visit, we check how much light there is, where the radiators and air-conditioning vents are and whether there is a draught by the entrance, and if necessary, we suggest a more sheltered spot for the vase.
Can you deliver Women’s Day flowers to several offices?
Yes, we will deliver tulips or bouquets to several offices and branches in the Tri-City. Send us the addresses, the number of female employees at each location and the time the flowers should arrive, and we will include the delivery cost in the initial offer.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, we issue a VAT invoice to your company, both for regular flowers and for a Women’s Day order. Just give us your invoicing details when you place the order.
Is travel charged separately?
Yes, travel is charged separately. We travel from our studio in Gdańsk to offices, restaurants and hotels in the Tri-City and across Pomerania, and we state the travel cost in the initial offer alongside the flower quote, so you know the full amount before deciding.
