Wedding anniversary decoration ideas

• A bouquet inspired by the wedding photograph

  If you have a photograph from the wedding day, send it with your enquiry. We can use it to create a bouquet with similar flowers and colours, as far as the season allows, and place the photograph in a frame beside the couple's table.

• Gold and white for a golden anniversary, silver for a silver one

  For a golden anniversary, marking 50 years of marriage, we suggest white and cream decorations with gold details such as charger plates or candlesticks, without overdoing the shine. For a silver anniversary, we combine white with silvery eucalyptus foliage and glass. Repeating the anniversary colour in a few places is enough to bring everything together.

• A timeline telling the story of the marriage

  Along a wall or on a line between stands, we can hang photographs of the couple from their wedding day to the present, interspersed with flowers and greenery. Leave cards nearby for guests to write down a shared memory of the couple. After the reception, the family keeps the photographs and cards as a memento.

• The couple's table at the heart of the family

  The couple does not have to sit separately against a wall. At one long table, they can sit in the middle, among their children and grandchildren, with a fuller floral arrangement and candles marking their places. You agree the table layout with the restaurant, and we will adapt the decorations to it.

• Vows by the sea in the late afternoon

  A short ceremony on the beach in Orłowo, Jelitkowo or Sobieszewo, with a floral hoop and lanterns on the sand. Afterwards, you can move to a seaside restaurant for dinner, where a decorated table is already waiting.

Renewing wedding vows in church: what to agree with the parish

The couple agrees the format and date of the ceremony with their parish, and we adapt the decorations to what the parish permits. Before arriving, we ask what can be placed beside the altar, whether flowers can be attached to pews, when we may enter and when we must finish. On Saturdays and Sundays, several Masses may follow one another, so decorating has to fit into the gap between them.

We make the church arrangements in our studio, leaving only positioning and small adjustments to do on site. We place flowers on stands beside the altar and small ribboned bouquets on the pews, using fixings accepted by the parish. We also agree the collection time with the parish so that the church is ready for the next Mass.

A surprise for your parents' wedding anniversary: coordinating the plans

For a surprise, much depends on who stays in touch with us. Ideally, just one family member should contact us: agreements do not get lost across several conversations, and the couple cannot accidentally answer a call from the decorator. We need that person to provide the date and venue, guest count, the couple's favourite colours and, if possible, a wedding photograph.

If the reception is in a restaurant, tell the staff that the couple knows nothing about it. We agree access with the venue so everything is ready before the couple arrives, and it is worth allowing for traffic when planning their arrival. An ordinary family lunch can be a good pretext: they set off without knowing that the whole family and a decorated table are waiting.

What determines the cost of wedding anniversary decorations

The biggest factor is the number of locations: just the church or outdoor ceremony, just the reception, or both on the same day with travel between them. The price also depends on the number of tables and guests, flower varieties and season, and extras such as a photo backdrop, anniversary number balloons or a photo timeline.

We can prepare a quote most quickly if you tell us straight away where the celebration will take place, how many guests will attend and whether we are decorating one location or two.

   Decorating on site

   We deliver and install the decorations before your celebration. We agree installation and collection times with you in advance and, if the party is at a venue, with its staff as well.
